My favorite ride at most amusement parks are the ones that go round and round. For example, at Disney World, I like the tea cup ride and any of the swings that go up and around. I’ve always enjoyed going around and it doesn’t make me sick like going way too high or dropping fast like some of the rides.

My favorite ride at amusement parks are the roller coasters! At Disney World are the Mickey Barnstormer and the water rides!!

  3. Joan Carlson

My favorite ride ( tame though it may be by today’s standards) is the Merry-Go-Round. When I ride one I always think of my Dad who would stand next to me to make sure I wouldn’t slid off the horse.

  4. Janet M

I am terrified of fast rides so it is embarrassing to say I loved the tea cup or the slow adventures rides.

  5. Cindy D

My favorite ride is Soaring Over California. Everyone in my family LOVES it. On JUNE 17-20 we are going to be at Disneyland!! We are giddy with excitement. 🙂

Since having kids I get sick on all the rides! So sad. But as a kid my fave was the corkscrew roller coaster at silver wood.

  7. Brenda S

My favorite ride is the carousel (it used to be called the dobbie horses when I was little). I always wanted to sit on a horse on the outside edge and it had to be a horse that went up and down, not one that was statioary.

  8. Brenda Stevens

I have always loved the Merry Go Round (also called the “Dobbie Horses” when I was small. I always remember trying to get a horse that went up and down instead of a stationary one.

As I’ve gotten older I can’t handle the corkscrew type rollercoasters anymore, although I used to love them. Now, one of my all time favorites, and always will be, is Space Mountain! So fun!

  10. Sandee

My favorite amusement ride is the Imagination at its opening with Figment and the Dream Finder.

My favorite ride is anything slow.
    And ground level.
With no round and around or jerky movements.

I don’t really like rides that much but I do enjoy the midsize roller coasters with a few medium drops and fast turns. At Disneyland I enjoy the Thunder Mountain Railroad.

Oh! The Merry Go Rounds! I love the paints, sounds, and movement of those rides! I’m battling serious health issues right now, but I would crawl on to a Merry Go Round right now, and feel young, free, and happier!

I LOVE Disneyland… my Happy Place!
My favorite ride is Pirates of the Caribbean, although the Haunted Mansion is a very close second favorite!

  15. Dawn S.

Oh Boy! At Disney World I love Space Mtn. At Animal Kingdom I love Expedition Everest and at Disneyland in Cali I love the Matterhorn. Sooo many to choose from, that’s a hard question!

Carousel sounds silly to call it a ride because it is such an innocent ride. It’s one of the first rides parents put their children on at any theme park, state or local fair. It doesn’t give kids anxiety and you can ride a horse that moves up or down or sit in a sleigh.. but most of all, it takes me back to my childhood and to my children’s childhood. Great Memories!!

My favorite amusement park ride is the log water rides. I remember getting stuck at the top with My Friends and then all of a sudden We drop straight down it was so amazing that We had to do it again.

  18. Donnalynn Lawton

Lazy River or Antique Cars. Don’t do any of the other ones anymore. Used to like Bumper Cars and Log Flume.

  19. Lizzette Kerr

My favorite amusement ride is the Space Mountain, It’s so Awesome and out of this World, Love it a lot!!!
