Happy Free Stuff Friday everyone! I am so sorry we missed last week, we were having some technical difficulties with the blog, but we are back up and running, so let’s get right to it. Today I have this brand new, super cute Doodlebug Fairy Garden Essentials Kit to give away!

This Doodlebug Fairy Garden Essentials Kit has everything you need to complete some scrapbook pages or cards. Included in this kit are 12″ x 12″ papers, plenty of stickers, and an assortment of embellishments, all color coordinated, taking the guess work out of which colors to use.

Every Friday we’ll post a giveaway on Think Crafts and all you have to do is comment on the blog post answering the question of the week. We’ll pick the winners and contact them via email. Deadline is midnight tonight and the winner will be announced Monday. One entry per person please.

Question of the week: What is the worst thing you’ve stepped on barefooted?

I have these weeds that sprouted in my yard after Hurricane Florence hit us. They have this teeny, tiny stickers on them that hurt like the devil!!! Believe me, I have stepped on them barefoot enough to know!

I don’t go barefoot, so I really have no idea. It would have had to have been as a child, and I can’t remember.

Not something I stepped on barefoot, but I was barefoot in the garage and my youngest son stepped on my foot and he was wearing his cleats. It hurt wicked.

Fire ants. Didn’t realize there was a hill and was barefoot. Hurt like the dickens.

When I was young I was berry picking and I reached for a large bunch of blackberries and while not barefoot, I just had sandals on and my entire foot was swollen from hornet stings.

I’ve seen so many cute projects made from this DB collection. Worst thing I stepped on, just because of the result, was a broken bottle while wading in a creek.

I was probably about five years old went to my friends house 2 Houses aWay sidewalk was just fine when i went in bu when I came out of the house the sidewalk was covered with these green little worms, that had fallen from the tree. as I proceeded to walk home, I found myself in the middle surrounded by these green things that I had step on. I realized the sidewalk was covered.I finally ran home but avoid it at home in the future

Back in the day, the original soda can “pop top”, (that came off the can and not connected like today), those were very sharp.

I stepped on glass once – not so fun! But Doddlebug – this looks like tons of fun! Thank you!

Twice! I was used to walking barefoot when I was young, but stopped quickly after moving to Oklahoma. Sand burrs grew everywhere, OUCH!
In Florida I stepped out of my car into a burrow of fireants!! Double eeowww!

The worst is stepping in warm dog poo. Especially gross is when you get a good foot-full into the toes. Ugh!

An open safety pin that broke in half in my foot, had to have surgery to remove it!

What a delightful kit! Love Doodlebug!
I stepped on a bee and it stung my big toe. I had an allergic reaction to it and it swelled up a lot and itched like crazy for several days. At the time, I was planning a fun Easter party for my daughter and several of her kindergarten friends at our local park. I had lots to do and the swollen foot really slowed me down!

Walking in the hallway in the dark and step on something quishy and all u can think of is dog poop

I stepped on a nail, as a child. My brother and I were playing on a wood pile.
Still have a scar right in the middle of the arch of my right foot.

I stepped on a one inch plastic goat with horns. His horns went into my foot and I proceeded to step on it two more times before I sat down and pulled it out. I still have the goat on my window sill that was 38 years ago! Lol

Broken glass baby food jar. I still have a sort of smiley face scar on the bottom of my foot because it had broken unevenly with one large continuous section and a couple peaks that made the “eyes.” It was NOT fun, but if you’ve got to have a scar, at least it’s a happy one. lol

  18. Mindy

Probably worst thing that I stepped on was my dogs poop in the middle of the night in bare feet! Ugh!!! Not fun!

  19. Carmen

Sheesh. These answers are very cringe-worthy! I think I stepped on a tack once

We used to walk around barefoot in the early 70’s when we had a cottage on a lake. We would walk out the back door right into the water. The only thing I can think of would be a bug or a rock. Nothing very exciting but it’s all I can remember. I love Doodlebug though & would love to win this!

I think every parent has stepped on Lego! There is nothing so painful in my opinion!

  22. LISA MURDOCK

The worst thing I stepped on while barefoot was little shards of freshly broken glass – almost invisible and so hard to remove!

  23. Brenda L

I stepped on a nail and can out of the top of my foot. It hurt more when doctor pulled it out

  24. Donnalynn Lawton

the worst thing I’ve stepped on was a straight pin. Caught it with my big toe and it hurt like the dickens. It also bled like crazy cause of my blood thinner
