I love getting together for family meals which doesn’t happen often enough. The excitement of the lights and decorations is something I look forward to every year. Christmas and holiday movies, snow, presents – it is the most wonderful time of the year.

I so look forward to the peace of the season, the sharing of what we have and of course the beautiful lights. There is just something about sharing that brings a smile and peace to me.

Thankful for the reminder at this time of year how everyone is thinking of how we are thankful for many things

Of course we aren’t having anyone over, or visiting relatives this year, so I’m looking forward to a completely relaxing holiday!

To seeing my whole family come together for such beautiful gatherings. Play games, tell stories and eat together.

Enjoy looking on my grand children’s faces when I drive them to see the beautifully decorated homes! The expressions on their faces are precious and priceless! There is nothing more heartfelt than to enjoy the spirit of the season through the eyes of a child.

Although this holiday season will be very different and we won’t be getting together with all of the family, we will still be celebrating the love of family…and decorations, Christmas cookies, singing Christmas carols and some amazing food! Lots to be thankful for!

Thanksgiving to Christmas is always hectic, trying to finish all the gifts you are making. So, Christmas Day is the best when you can just sit back and enjoy your well earned rest.

Looking forward to setting out all the things I have made in the past, and the new things I’m making now. I have way to many DECOR items. 4 to 5 LARGE storage totes 55 gallon size, WAY WAY too Many.

since family get together is not an option due to pandemic, and small apt does not allow decorating, I have decided to try and do for others this holiday season.

Christmas but it will not be at my house this Christmas due to Covid 19. I am high risk and both my daughters are in the medical field and cannpt join me. My son also is too many miles away. I will Zoom or Snap Chat with all though. Hope every one out there has happy holidays!

Making goodies for my family. I don’t do as much as I used to, but there are a few special recipes I do every year.

It has been my joy for several years to make my family members,
something special for Christmas stocking. I love doing crafts
and even though I have the big C (cancer) this year, I still plan on making
something for everyone. Would love to be able to pick form those
    wonderful books. {:

Christmas movies and specials. They always make me feel like I did when I first saw them. With all the extra stress this year, harkening back to a simpler time is much needed!

  16. Cynthia Stabinski

I’m looking forward to just being home and healthy with my kids and husband. I’m very blessed this year.

  17. Gail

The best part is the relaxing atmosphere, food and wine to enjoy with family. But this year will not be the same due to Covid.

  18. Donnalynn Lawton

A chance to step back and think about all we’ve been through and thankful we are still here.

  19. Patricia Reiller

I love reminiscing about the holidays when I was young and now about my grand and great- grand children’s holiday fun times. Things will be so different this year but at least we are all healthy and able to enjoy our memories.

  20. Dianne G.

My favorite part of any holidays is seeing my children, grandchildren and other family members. I know I will not be able to see all my family this year due to closed borders but still hoping to see as many as possible.

  21. Nancy Penry

I look forward to listening to the kids and grandkids talking about Christmases and other holidays in the past and what they found to be most fun.

  22. Jane Tenedini

I want to hug my 2 daughters more than anything! We won’t get to see them until Christmas. They should be able to bring their dogs and stay with us a couple of days. They love to come here and make projects with me. Good times and fun food along with all 5 silly dogs. Love it all!
