It was art class & cosmetology classes. I still love <3 to take classes as an adult too when I can 🙂

  2. Teri

I don’t remember truly enjoying going to any classes, but I guess band was the most fun and I was best at math.

Recess? Lunch? Not really. I love history. I love visiting historical areas where ever I am. I loved going to Gettysburg when I lived in Pennsylvania, but after watching the movie, “Gettysburg,” I had a true understanding of the hardship these soldiers went through. Not only a lack of food and supplies, but fighting your own family member!

My favorite was music. I was in orchestra and in choir. I have to say I still have music as my favorite pastime. I’ll play music as I craft! It calms and inspires me! When I listen to my grandchildren at choir or band recitals, it brings tears to my eyes!

I have always loved to read, the library was my favorite spot in the school! I love the way a good book can transport you into another time and place for a little while. No big surprise that Language Arts was my favorite subject.

  6. Kathy Walker

My favorite subject was Home Ec. I really liked learning how to cook, bake and sew. It has really helped me out to this day. I’m glad I took the classes.

  7. Brenda L

My favorite class was a Switchboard (phone class ) I took and loved the job I got to start me out in the world of office work.

  8. Denise Bryant

Doodlebug has the cutest papers! Love this fun collection!
My favorite subject in school was English! I especially loved a Creative Writing class I took in junior college.

  9. Betty

I loved algebra, which was a close second to my favorite class. Band was my favorite. I still love marching bands, stage bands, and concert bands.

Though it’s been many years since I was in school, I think my favorite subject in High School was Home Economics. I was even an aide in the Sophomore class in my senior year. This paper pack would go great in my ‘back to school’ shadow box.

I loved craft class, woodworking, sewing class, jewelry making. We did all these at different times of the year. And then had a large sale at the end of the year. All money went back into the classes for buying more materials for next year.

I would have to say drama class because I could come out of my shell and be who ever I wanted to. After that it would be home ec. I learned to sew and do things in the home. I always did double of everything because I was so happy creating things.

I suppose my favorite subjects were science and math, but I really didn’t start liking math until algebra and geometry. Prior to the fun math we had arithmetic which I hated and still hate. But I also loved music and art.

  14. Sara

I had an amazing and creative biology teacher in high school. Many of his students ended up majoring in bio in college.

  15. Dianne G.

I had two favorite subjects and they were Biology and Home Economics. Both subjects have been used a lot in my careers over the years.

  16. Judy

I love being in the band. I played the clarinet. It was great being able to go to the Friday night games.

I had one subject that I really loved & that was art. I went to a Catholic School & we had an art teacher who came to our class to teach. I loved it! In High School I had 4 years of art as one of my subjects & I had the best teachers! I think that is why I am so good at crafting & coloring now!

  18. Lovie

My two favorite classes were Art and Home Ec. I think they go hand in hand. I
love decorating. Love color and painting.
Embroidery is my hobby, which include using designs, creating my own designs and using lots of colors

My favorite subject was English. I loved it so much, I became an English teacher. I’m just starting my 33rd year as a teacher.
