Red Light Blue Light by Harry Connick Junior or if the kids get in a snit I make them sing Jingle Bells and Rudolph the Red nosed Reindeer.

On a side note, on Fridays I go thru the past weeks blog posts here on thinkcrafts and man the last four projects are all super cute and doable. I love them all.

Most music makes me feel happy especially if it has an upbeat rhythm. One song that always makes me smile and puts me in a good mood is Happy by Pharrell Williams.

Any song that my daughters can’t resist dancing too, their silly moves and giggles are infectious!

Shakira’s “Try Everything,” from the movie “Zootopia.” The tune is lively, and the message of the song is a good one to live by: don’t be afraid to try, don’t beat yourself up when you make a mistake, try again. Try everything.
When that song comes up in rotation on my iPod I always smile, sing along, and even dance a little.

Riding on the back of our motorcycle with my hubby on a beautiful day makes me very happy!

“Soak Up the Sun” by Sheryl Crow….and everything else from her C’mon C’mon album!

  7. Kelly OBrien

“A Brand New Day” from the musical (preferably the Broadway play and not the movie) The Wiz. It’s the one they sing when they finally kill Evilene. It’s catchy, upbeat, hopeful and celebratory.

I really have a few that put me in a good mood when I hear them. But, if I had to pick just one it would have to be From This Moment….by Shania Twainn

Lots of songs do, but “Uptown Funk” or “Happy” make me smile…..and I don’t even listen to that type of music.
