Colorful knit caps are a staple of winter. They’re even cuter when shrunken down and put on a greeting card!
For today’s project, I used a stencil from PA Essentials called Holiday that has the cutest winter icons.
The first hat, I stenciled directly onto an A2 sized white card panel using Festive Berries Distress Oxide Ink. It’s such a pretty, bright red.
I stenciled the other hat and mitten using Lucky Clover and Tumbled Glass Oxide inks and trimmed those out from some white card stock.
I created a little cluster around the red hat and then added a sentiment from Hero Arts’ Stamp and Cut Wishes set.
I added the entire panel to a notecard covered with a piece from Avery Elle’s Holiday Collection paper pad. I also used the paper pad for the Wishes die cut. It has a huge variety of bright colored stripes, gingham and other festive patterns.
This would make a great thank you card for after the Holidays—so cheerful and bright! Thanks so much for joining me today!
