It’s Friday again and we have another wonderful giveaway for you, so let’s get right to it! This week’s winner will receive a Wendy Vecchi Make Art Stay-tion!

Wendy Vecchi Make Art Stay-tion is an all in one magnetic workspace that holds projects securely in place for precise alignment. Included are a 12 x 12 inch steel magnetic base with printed grid, 4 brushed aluminum magnets, and a flexible magnetic centering ruler. Do not use as a cutting surface, blades will damage the metal and grid lines. The magnets are strong, handle with care to avoid getting pinched. If you’re using a heat tool, ensure that it is fully cooled down before handling again.

Every Friday we’ll post a giveaway on Think Crafts and all you have to do is comment on the blog post answering the question of the week. We’ll pick the winners and contact them via email. Deadline is midnight tonight and the winner will be announced Monday. One entry per person please.

Disney world is my favorite place to go on vacation.

On a side note , I have owned my Wendy Vecchi Make Art Station for three weeks and it is the best thing ever. Perfect for crafting in the family room while the boys are watching sports and the magnets are strong enough to hold a baggie with art supplies.

  2. Roberta Lesar

My favorite vacation spot is Ludington, MI. We used to take the kids camping there every year, now my son takes his family there every year. Proposed to his wife at the lighthouse.

  3. Patty Johnson

Florida Keys! Vibrant city- the water is amazing. Closest to Cuba I’ve ever been- southern most point in US- marked and you are 90 miles from Cuba.
    Love it there.

  4. Wendy

Jamaica was a favorite when I was younger… Now as I age I am LOVING weekend trips to the Eastern Shore/Chesapeake Bay Area each July 4th from Virginia. I love less crowds & more nature.

  5. Teresa

I love to fly my airplane deep into the back country of Idaho. Flying through the canyons and landing in very remote wilderness areas are what we love to do most. We camp under the wing, bringing everything we need with us. Getting up early in the morning when it’s clear and cold, we fly out to a ranch that offers a fly-in farm style breakfast and get back early enough to lounge around the campsite or take a hike. One place we love to hike, is up a mountainside to get to the claw-footed bathtub that was placed up there years ago and tapped into a natural hot spring. Heaven on earth!

  6. Stephanie Thomas

Staycation in my own back yard. Hate packing and planning and then unpacking and adjusting so staying at home without having to go into work is heaven to me.

  7. Gloria Foti

Anywhere I can get my husband alone! No work, no cell phones, no internet – just a sandy beach and warm weather!

  8. Juanita D.

Give me a shore, whether sandy or rocky, where I can hear the waves, in calm and in storm, and I am happy! Love seeing and hearing water. That is my escape.

  9. Nancy Rutkosky

My favorite vacation spot is staying home working on crafts in my she shed. I love to build minature doll houses.

  10. Traci Brennan

Anywhere and anytime with family. We are spread out now, so wherever we can get together is my favorite.

  11. Diana Vanderhoff

My favorite vacation spot is the mountains — being able to hike through the trails enjoying the various vegetation, as well as the smells. Getting to the end of some trails are the breathtaking views — how magnificent!!

  12. Karin Touve

My favorite vacation spot is visiting my parents in Florida. They live in a beautiful 55 and over golf community. When I am there I do not even have to leave what I lovingly call “The Compound”. I love the location, the people and the community,

  13. Deborah Craig

my favorite vacation spot is the beach in the fall or winter to watch the waves roll on the sand and maybe with a little snow. It makes a beautiful painting and memory.

  14. Cath

Paris is lovely. Really love visiting a new location on every vacation, and once there, I want to spent the majority of my time in art museums. This Stay-tion looks cool!

  15. Jeanine Williams

My favorite vacation spot is at home on a Stay-cation ,working on my Crea-tions, which would be easier with a Make Art STAY-tion!

  16. Lisa M

I tend not to have a favorite vacation spot as we don’t normally go back to the same place. Always happy to explore new places! So, going anyway with my family is a favorite!

  17. Emma Patricia Limber

What’s your favorite vacation spot? My home studio is my peaceful place and my most favorite vacation spot.

  18. Marilyn

I always loved Rockport, MA. A true New England town and you can take the train into Salem, which we did on Halloween night. It was fun, fun, fun. And I have to say that I’m a little jealous of Teresa who posted that they fly into the backwoods of Idaho. That would be my favorite vacation if I could do it. Sounds awesome. I loved Italy, but that was a one time deal, and I have to say every vacation is different and I love every one – Vegas, Sonoma, Disney, Arizona, even Minnesota – went hang gliding off a Lake Tahoe ski mountain – there is always something new to experience, so I couldn’t pick just one favorite. There’s a whole world waiting to be explored.

  19. Bonnie Spencer

My favorite place to vacation is Alaska. You get to see some Gods most beautiful art work. The country is breath taking and wonderful not to mention the wild life. I feel it is a must see.

My favorite vacation spot is a trip to Disneyland! I grew up going at least once a year since I was just a baby, so I have so many wonderful memories! It’s still the same magical spot for me now as it was many years ago!

  22. Theresa

Door County, Wisconsin! It’s not far from home, but it’s like taking a trip to a quaint New England fishing village. My dream vacation is Alaska.

  23. Lynn

My favorite place to Vacay is Tampa Florida , I spent two weeks in a condo that was located by The Laser Spine Institute. . I had two surgeries, they operated on my low back one week the second week they operated on my neck. It was so beautiful to sit on the balcony overlooking the Tampa Bay.I was in severe pain but the view was breathtaking and so peaceful I forgot why I was there.I plan on going back just to visit some of the places that I did not get to go to because I was hurting too bad.

  24. Brenda

Small town of 300 people in Nebraska to visit the place so much of my family history starts. My parents were the first to move away and my kids like to tell me that the city changes the count on the sign when we go to visit from 301 to 303 they love that they can get on a bike and just ride and no signals in town just ride and not have a care
coming from Los Angeles they don’t get to live that way so for me to see my kids living doing what they want to and not worried about locking a door is just so freeing for all of us.

  25. Kelly OBrien

Visiting my brother on Kaua’i. I get both the beauty of Hawai’i and family time in, so it can’t be beat!

  26. JoAnn

The cool pines of Flagstaff AZ are beautiful. Wander around the ancient volcano and cinder cones, visit Walnut Canyon for the Indian ruins, see a rodeo, etc

  27. Mary Brautigam

I love vacationing anywhere with my husband. My favorite has not been a single place but rather road trips across this country, visiting every single state within the continental US… would do this again at the drop of a pin.

  28. Amy Sneeden

I love the east coast, especially Wilmington. Love to go there in Feb, perfect weather from our low teen to below zero degrees weather. I love doing crafty, artsy stuff with my grandchildren, the prize would be awesome for that. I love watching my budding artists.

  29. Amy Sneeden

I love the sand, surf, warm weather and good sea food. Either N.C., where I have family and friends. Or FL, in Feb. Went there a few years back with a daughter and it was heavenly. We left, bone chilling Midwest weather to balmy 70’s & 80’s. The freebie would be awesome to do crafty, artsy stuff with my grandchildre. I love watching my little artists bloom.

  49. Patricia Mather

    Munising , Michigan.
The outdoor beauty along Lake Superior is spectacular year round.
Finding a spot to enjoy time to yourself is easily available to decompress.
No big city life there ..small town charm, with shops and galleries filled with local artists work from photography to pottery and even coffee. It is my home away from home !
