Who loves Paper Plate crafts? Today I’m sharing with you an easy, season-appropriate Paper Plate Corn craft that’s perfect for both toddlers and older children.
Create these Autumn corn as a classroom or at home. The steps are simple to follow and the end result is really cool!
You’ll need:
- Paper Plate
- Washable kids paint
- Paintbrush
- Glue
- Craft scissors
Step one:
Using the craft scissors, cut the paper plate as pictured below. (This step can easily be done ahead of time by the adult)
Step two:
With the yellow washable kids paint, paint the middle section (corn). Let dry.
Step three:
Once the corn is dry, bend the two flaps at the sides to overlap in the front of the corn creating two corn husks. Secure by gluing.
Step four:
Paint the two husks very carefully with the green washable kids paint. Let dry.
How realistic does this corn look? Happy Fall!
