Happy Friday everyone! I am excited for the weekend, and I am sure you are too, but I am even more excited about this weeks prize! This week we are giving away a Jack Dempsey Holiday Decorative Hand Towel Set!

Jack Dempsey Decorative Hand Towels can be used to personalize your kitchen, dining area, or they are perfect for a gift. These 17 x 28 inch hand towels have a stamped pattern that can be finished in any color. Additional materials needed to complete; hoop, needle, thread and floss-specific DMC colors are included on package. The Holiday Set includes designs for 7 different holidays: a jack-o-lantern with witch’s hats; cornucopia with fruit, veggies, and leaves; Christmas stocking with candy cane and holly leaves; the caption love with a heart for the O; leprechaun with clovers; Easter basket with a bunny and eggs; and a star with an American flag pattern.

Every Friday we’ll post a giveaway on Think Crafts and all you have to do is comment on the blog post answering the question of the week. We’ll pick the winners and contact them via email. Deadline is midnight tonight and the winner will be announced Monday. One entry per person please.

Question of the week: What product would you seriously stockpile if you found out they weren’t going to sell it anymore?

Goodness, are you serious? It would have to be yarn. No, sewing thread. No, fabric. No, spray starch. No, buttons. Sorry, this is way too hard!

Chocolate, coffee and wine . I really can not craft without any of those three items. Also that towel set you are featuring is super cute. I have not seen that set before. I love when you show me something new. I think this past spring you showed a glass etching set and I bought a set for the family and we all had fun with it this summer.

DMC for my cross stitch projects. I already ate sure I have thereof each color but you can never have enough. Chocolate would be my food stockpile.

  4. Janet

I would stockpile fabric and embroidery floss. Not that I don’t have enough already, but…can one ever have enough?

  5. Marissa M.

DMC Floss and Cool Ranch Doritos. And probably the 14ct. plastic canvas. 🙂 That sounds like a good weekend!

Goodness, this is hard! There are so many things I can’t imagine doing without…thread, embroidery floss, fabric, needles of all sorts. But, I suppose I’ve already done this since they don’t make the bobbin for my sewing machine anymore and I snap it up whenever I find it somewhere now. Thank goodness for stock that got lost in storage and people who never got around to using the ones they bought!

Oh, that is tough. For crafting, it would be a good white thread that I really like as it has a perfect strength and shade of white. In everyday, probably my favourite dish washing product.

  8. Brenda L

Hard question. I would say glue. But then maybe I would sell off for high price my stock pile I already have.
Make some money off the money I spent years ago. I have enough 12 x 12 paper to use 100 sheets a day for about 100 years so I’m sure I could retire and craft all day.

That’s a tough one! I guess I’ll go with tape. Pens are really important, too though… Paper…
Ok, I’ll stick with tape! (Get it? *giggle snort)

    This is not fair.

I guess I would pick thread. I have a good stash of fabric.
Or maybe yarn. I have a good bit, but would have to stock up on more
    Or Rotary Cutter blades…

One thing, oh my that is hard. I guess adhesives. I have tons of everything else, it is always adhesive I am getting with my coupons.

  12. Marcia

Chocolate and machine needles for sewing machine & serger.
The towel set is adorable, thank you for this opportunity.

There are so many things that come to mind that I could not do without! I think glue would be what I would stockpile.

Let’s see. Since I am a card maker, paper, stamps & ink. Those are my go to’s every time I make a card. I also do embroidery so I would love to do these. I’d also be upset if their were no embroidery thread.

In my sewing room I need my glow in the dark embroidery thread. And remember if you leave 2 spools on your machine they will glow in they dark when you turn the lights off. Don’t tell anyone you thought eyes were scaring you!

  16. Chrissy

Double-sided tape! Makes installing zippers a breeze! I don’t sweat profusely anymore when installing them! Works every time!
