These Pool Noodle Fish are so easy and fun to make! All you need is a couple of materials, a few easy instructions and you’ve got little fishies that actually float!

You’ll need:

Step one:

*This step is for parents*

Cut a slice off the pool noodle (about an 1″-1.5″). Then cut that slice in half to create a half moon or our fish.

Step two:

Hot glue the googley eyes onto each side of the fish.

Step three:

Now using the pipe cleaners, bend them to create a fish tail. You may need to cut the pipe cleaner into a smaller size if too long.

Stick into the pool noodle fish.

Now your fish are ready to swim! Use a large rimmed bin filled with water to test your fish. You can also get creative and use the bath tub or find a nearby stream and let them float down it!
