Every summer it seems to be a different game that the kids and I get into. This summer it is “Traffic Jam” in the past it has been UNO, connect Four, Totally Gross. I love setting a game up and leaving it up so that the kids and I can just play easily. BTW that stocking is sooo adorable.

Skip Bo….we have game night with our grandkids on Saturday. Even the 20 year Olds show up to play. It’s tons of laughs and never gets old.

I have SO many games it’s hard to pick just one! Right now my favorite is probably Teotihuacan. But I also like Rajas of the Ganges, Champions of Midgard and Terraforming Mars.

Since last time this question came up, I answered Mille Bornes, this time I’ll give my second favorite which is Rummikub (although technically it’s tiles and not cards.)

We love playing yard Jenga because when it falls it falls fast and you have to run out of the way or you get hit with the wood pieces. Our Puppy hates it. He does have his own piece that he loves to chew on the corners

How cute is this? Love the llama. Favorite board game has always been Monopoly, but recently my son turned me on to a game called Splendor. It’s more of a card game than a board game. But it’s great fun!

I used to make very detailed Christmas socks when I was younger and my children were small. Now I am a great grandmother 2x over and would love to make something special for my baby girls ages Katie 29 months and the other Kiara just 3 weeks. Trouble is I am losing the use of my hands and it’s getting hard to do the crafting that I love. This would help because it has all the necessary parts so there wouldn’t be any difficult pieces to have to cut out!

My favorite board game is scrabble. My daughter and I used to play and laugh
when she tried to use made up words!!

For sure Monopoly! However, these days it’s hard to find anyone who is willing to dedicate unknown amount of time to play clear through.

Spoons – I remember playing this as a child with my grandma. It was a blast! I play it now with my nieces & nephews -still a blast!!
