Wedding season is just around the corner and having a stash of cards for the occasion can come in handy. For today’s project, I’m using a stamp set from Ranger called Letter It Wedding along with an embossing folder called Confetti Hearts to create an easy shaker greeting.
I first embossed a panel of aqua blue cardstock using the heart folder. I love the subtle hearts overlapping.
I then die cut an oval onto the front of the panel and aligned it over a white note card. I used my Precision Press to line up the sentiment in the center of the oval and stamped it using Versafine Onyx black ink.
After stamping the sentiment, I removed the oval panel and sprinkled some sequins over the top.
I created a shaker window by adhering some clear plastic over the back of the oval panel and placing foam tape along the edges.
I adhered the shaker panel over the top of the sentiment and added a couple of Tonic hearts I painted with clear Wink of Stella for some shimmer.
I added another sentiment from the set on the inside of the card along with some heat embossed diamonds from the Sizzix Sparkle stamp and die set.
A fresh and modern greeting with some shaker fun mixed in! Thanks so much for joining me today!
