This adorable wreath is perfect to make with your preschoolers this Valentine’s Day! It’s easy, fun and best of all looks great hanging on their bedroom door!

You’ll need:

Step one:

Cut your cardstock into 8″ long strips. Make about 3 strips of each color, these will be your hearts.

Step two:

Working with one strip at a time, fold it in half and staple at the crease.

Step three:

Now take the lose ends and fold them over (invert) the stapled part and staple. Repeat with all strips.

Step four:

It’s time to connect all of the hearts. Start by taking two hearts and inserting the end of one heart into the top of the other and staple. It can be a little tricky to use the stapler but it’s possible 🙂 Connect and staple all of the hearts to create a wreath.

Step five:

Next, cut a .5 x 8.5″ long strip and staple to the wreath. This makes a perfect loop to hang by!

Create this beautiful wreath out of paper hearts this Valentine’s Day, Kid’s are sure to have fun!

TIP- Please have older kids use the stapler under adult supervision or handle it yourself altogether.

I LOVE that valentine wreath! It looks so easy I am surprised nobody has come up with it before this! (myself excepted–I do not have an inventive bone in my body–all the more reason I am grateful for creative people sharing their great ideas!
