These Sparklers are so much fun to make and are a perfect kids craft idea for New Years!

Create these festive sparklers by mixing up the colors of the tissue paper or sticking to one color!

You’ll need:

• Craft sticks
• Sparkly foil tissue paper (variety of colors) or tissue paper
• Hot glue gun with glue sticks
• Kid-safe scissors

Step one:

Start by cutting the tissue paper into thin strips (approx. 3″ long).

Step two:

Hot glue (adults should handle this step) the strips of sparkly, foil tissue paper to one tip of the craft stick. Glue as many as you can fit, overlapping and layering them on and let dry.

Step three:

Trim the tissue paper to make them all the same length.

How festive are these sparklers! Safe, easy and fun to make!
