Independence Day is only a couple of days away, and people planning their own 4th of July Bash are probably looking for a few ideas to decorate for the big day. To me, Independence Day is an opportunity to get together with friends and family outdoors. It’s a celebration of summer too! Here are some great ideas to decorate your yard with patriotic craftiness!

Patriotic Bunting

This is a super inexpensive way to add some red, white, and blue to your yard. This patriotic bunting is fun and festive and easy to create with materials you already own.

Patriotic Luminaries

These luminaries are so simple to make and will look wonderful once the sun goes down. They would be perfect scattered across a buffet table or used as a centerpiece.

Make a ton of pinwheel rosettes to add to your table, your door, or anything else you like. You could even attach them to some skewers to line a pathway or decorate your potted plants.

These adorable firecracker decorations are made from recycled materials and add a nice “spark” to your 4th of July decor. (I’m sorry, I had to do it).
