Brighten up those April showers with a cute 3D picture project

This colorful 3D umbrella picture is the perfect craft idea for a rainy day. This craft would look lovely displayed on the wall in a frame.

You will need:

Step 1:

Cut a semi circle approximately four inches wide out of the red, green, yellow and purple papers. Make sure all of these semi circles are the same shape and size. Then fold each of them in half.

Step 2:

Glue the left side of the back of the red semi circle and stick it onto the centre of the light blue sheet of paper. Then glue the left side of the yellow paper and glue it to the red semi circle. Repeat this with the green and then the purple papers and then glue the other side of the purple semi circle to the blue paper to create the 3D umbrella shape. Use a pen to draw a handle underneath the umbrella.

Step 3:

Cut out two cloud shapes from a white sheet of paper and glue to the light blue paper above the umbrella. Then cut approximately twelve raindrop shapes from the dark blue paper and stick them underneath the clouds.
