I don’t look for creative inspiration. I let it find me.
That’s an easy one. I go to one of so many craft-inspiration websites, such as Instructables or the Craft Trends section of the Think Crafts website, or I go to a crafts supply store.
I like looking through old quilting/crafting magazines I have stored up over the years.
I look to Pinterest or fellow bloggers or other crafty websites.
Pinterest is my favorite way finding inspiration
Sometimes I ask a friend, sometimes I’ll look through Pinterest, and sometimes I just start crafting and hope my fingers will figure it out.
Pinterest and Craft Gawker are go-to sites for multitudes of inspiration . . .
When I’m in need of inspiration, I haul 40 craft books home from the library!
I move on to another project that I know what I want to do to create it.
Pinterest is a great source for inspiration, though some days I wake up wanting to learn and try something new of my own inspiration!
I still have old books & magazines I’ll look through. I also will look to Pinterest & quilting/craft blogs.

Pinterest!! That then usually leads me to blogs and youtube videos. So much inspiration out there!
I check the Think Crafts blog of course! And then I meander around on YT and Pinterist. Sturmble Upon is also a great place for me to get ideas and enthusiasm for crafts.
On my computer, I have collected You Tube videos, tutorials, and photos from all over the internet. So I peruse those files for inspiration. I also have books…art, crafting, and quilting books that I like to go to for my next project.
While on the road, in some ones house or yard, or in stores my brain is always logging in this years creative ideas. I usually start thinking in terms of a holiday. I start with holiday piece make objects that I bought for a song (bargain) last season. I hold the object up and say what can I do with this. My brain memory bank kicks in and the rest is history.
I look at craft books I have. Of course Pentrest. Now I’ll come here since I was just emailed this link. Love this site also.
I like to go on Pinterest.
Pinterest and you-tube videos!
‘When I need creative inspiration, I go to my library of craft books and look at the inspiration gallery I have collected or will do random searches on the internet with whatever I most want to play with at the time, and will find all types of ideas for what to make!
I check pinterest and/or take a trip to the craft store…sometimes it just takes seeing the perfect crafting item! Thank you for the chance to win!
Inspiration comes from all over, sometimes from the paper recycling 🙂
I go to my pinterest pins and gain all kinds of ideas. I’m always inspired by Think Crafts also.
I go to Pinterest, craft stores and or my Grandchildren for inspiration.

A nice cup of tea, a quiet room (except for a big dog snoring nearby), and time.
When I’m stuck, I walk away from the project for about an hour. When I come back typically I’m refreshed and new ideas come into play.
