Spring is in the air, and right when the weather starts  to warm up, I’m always thinking about a potential garden. I picture something form out of a storybook, but I never really have the time, energy, or money to pull off something that spectacular. Here are some great DIY ways to step up your garden game without breaking the bank.

Tin Can Flowers

These bird feeders are a great way to add a little color to a garden. They might even stay away from your veggies if they have somewhere else to get their food.

I’ve been searching for a cute garden maker so I can keep track of my herbs. This simple design with cute animals is perfect! I already have a cookie cutter set to make them, too.

Garden Treasure Jars - Empress of Dirt

Not only will these garden stakes look really pretty in the sunlight, but I love that you can store treasures inside them. They could make a fun time capsule you can easily find at the end of summer, or a cute way to pass notes!

DIY Garden Mushrooms - Birds & Blooms

This would be a very easy project to add some color to your garden. They’re a great way to use old terra cotta pots you don’t need anymore.

Golf Ball Lady Bug - Turning the Clock Back

These round little lady bugs would be so fun to just happen upon in a garden. I think kids would have a lot of fun hiding and finding these guys too.

Do you have any homemade art in your garden? I’d love to see, share in the comments or send an email. If you want even more ways to beautify your garden, check out our Craft Trends Pin Board!
