Mary Janes. They were such an “old fashion” candy I thought only old people would like them so I gave them to my mom. Now that I am “old” I think they are yummy.

The candy that I disliked getting was Hershey’s Dark chocolate bars!! Never could eat dark chocolate!! Nice and creamy milk chocolate is the only way to go!! LOVE these adhesives!! TFS!

Hmmm… any candy I didn’t like as a kid… gotta say none. I’m old enough that there really wasn’t as much variety as there is now, and nobody was thinking healthy back then, so no, loved everything I got.

Mary Janes and black licorice. My brothers were in the habit of taking Mary Janes and throwing them as hard as they could against a wall to see them shatter. Perhaps we didn’t like them because they were too hard to chew. I rather think I might like them now, but I still don’t like licorice. Oh, and those colored dots on the strip of paper, and circus peanuts. Flavorless! DH and I had to switch to giving out small packages of pretzels to avoid gorging on leftover candy every Halloween. I look longingly at those big bags of chocolate bars.

Oh Yes, popcorn balls, I hated getting popcorn balls. Not because I didn’t like them but because my mom woouldn’t let us eat them, she wouldn’t let us eat anything without a sealed wrapper. Thanks for this question, it led my down memory lane. ; )
