I’m pretty much over winter the second I wake up on New Year’s Day. To me, winter is only magical when the holiday season is surrounding me with lights twinkling everywhere and holiday music playing in the background whenever I leave my home. Once all of that is over, I really truly hate winter. In Portland, we rarely see snow or sun. It’s just grey all the time, and it kind of drives you crazy. One way to combat those winter greys here in Portland is to surround yourself with bright colors, which is why it makes me so happy to look through these colorful crafts.
