Favorite moments of 2013 were the early mornings with a fresh cup of coffee and Charlie Rose on CBS This Morning. Life is good.

This year we were able to spend two weeks relaxing at the lake, so peaceful being away from electronics.

A surprise 90 th birthday party for my Grandmother. Almost all of her kids, grand kids and great grand kids were there. It was awesome. We all haven’t been together in 10 years.

My favorite moment in 2013 was when the doctor told my mother that her cancer was gone. It was actually one of the greatest moments of my life.

The most Favorite Moment of 2013, was the Boston Red Soxs winning the world Series and helping with the recovery of Boston from the worse moment in 2013 the bombings

My favorite moment… so many to choose! I will have to say this christmas, doing all the baking I did as my husband wrapped presents. It really felt like Santa’s workshop in our home.

My daughter winning 2nd place in her first ice skating competition for 8 to 10 year olds in November! It me to tears!

My favorite is when my son who was unemployed for almost a year landed not one but two jobs one shortly after another.

    Hard to choose:
    1. My Dad’s 90th BD party was a lot of fun.
    2. Starting a Summer Reading program for the under-served kids in my community…and seeing how much the kids loved it!

Thanks for the chance to win!

My favorite moment of 2013 is when I finally decided to retire and learning to let go of my technical brain and let my creative brain have a chance at life.

My favorite moment of 2013 is when my husband finally said I could have a craft room — I’d been wanting one for so long. Thanks so much for the chance to win!

It was the evening I put my 6 year old granddaughter to bed and she read the goodnight story all by herself to me…I was very proud of her…my little “Crafty Girl” can read… 🙂

My favorite moment of 2013? All of them have been precious, but speaking to an old friend I had not talked to in years, is pretty near the top!

my favorite thing – finding the whole scrapbook and crafting community on youtube – has led me to make things for my family and pass on things to them. after losing my mom in law and sister in law within weeks of each other it was divine intervention that led me here so i could create and share memories of them with the younger generation and preserve their treasures.

One of the best moments for me this year was reconnecting with old friends. Thanks for Freebie Fridays and Happy Crafting New Year to everyone!

A great moment was when my sister-in-law gave me a roll-up knitting needle case that she made using her grandmother’s pattern for Christmas. I can remember the moment every time I use it,

One of the greatest moments this year was selling my dad’s condo. Our goal was to get it sold before the end of the year and we accomplished that!

Watching my son graduate from college, and getting to visit him a couple of times. He’s too far away, and I miss him (but I’m happy for him, too). Good luck to everyone in 2014 for more happy memories.

One of my personal best moments in 2013 was my son signing up for the Marines. He has wanted to be a Marine since he was a little boy – and, as a 17 year old young man, he went through all the testing and things one has to do to qualify as a Marine, and signed his contract. He ships out July 7, 2014. He has to graduate from high school, then he’s gone. I’m sad, but my pride is endless!

finding so many new crafts to make and where to buy the supplies. 2014 is going to be a better year for crafts then 2013 was…Got my inspiration back again…..

My favorite moment of the year is giving preemie hats to the nicu unit, so all of these tiny people and their families have a little gift for the family member that cannot be home for Christmas. 🙂
