I’m a cat girl!
I prefer dogs anytime – they are so loveable and smart too and can be trained for all sorts of activities.
I love dogs, they are caring and lovable nature creatures. My father used to take care of them a lot. Even for a stray dogs he used to to first aid many time.
I am definitely a cat person. Dogs always smell like outside!
I prefer neither. I did hear a funny joke about the differences between dogs and cats, though: Dogs have owners, Cats have staff. 😉

I like both, but would rather have a cat than a dog.

Hard to choose, I have two adopted dogs I love and a cat who’s owned me for 17 years. I guess I’d say cats because they’re independent.

I love dogs! They are so interactive with people. My daughter’s dog loves coming to our house so he can chase the deer and geese. It’s so funny to watch.

I prefer dogs – even the outdoor smells and all. They LOVE so unconditionally. Cats take over and I don’t like the idea of them ON my counters, etc when I’m not around.
I love both, but the cat’s independence makes them easier to care for.

I love both for different reasons! Since I’m in the city, I prefer Cats because they do their own thing and don’t need to go outside! In the country I would love a doggie to run and play!
Dogs, but I want to come back in my next life as a cat so I can choose my next home and either come when my humans want me or turn around and walk the other way. Home must have large sunny patches that I can sprawl out on. 🙂

I had both growing up and loved them both but I loved my cats the best.
I also had my own cat for 17ys before having children then my kids grew up with her and she ended up getting sick and passed. so I miss her everyday.

Neither! My theory is that if an animal doesn’t feed me, I don’t need it. Sheep, goats, chickens, rabbits, cows…have them all. But no cats or dogs.

Dogs, I’m allergic to cats! I also had a husky/malamute mix dog that looked like a wolf.
Dogs – of course. They don’t have cat parks while they do have dog parks. Dogs are social and love people.

The cats that I’ve had in the past were so independent! It feels like they are the boss.
oh now that is hard for me to do. I love all animals. And the animals know it. They always find me wherever I am. I have a close connection with all animals that I sometimes dont even understand. I just know automatically what I need to do it all come natural. My favorite animal is the tiger though so I could say Cats. Thanks for the chance.

I grew up around dogs; but discovered cats as an adult. The cats I have been around are so lovable, funny and have such great personalities, so I have to say cats are my preference. Thanks for the chance to win pretty papers!

I’m a cat person normally, but I have a dog! go figure. I like cat’s cause they are easy to litterbox train! no accedents if allergies are to bad to take a cat “out”

I’ve owned both cats and dogs all of my life. large dogs & whatever stray cat I’d adopt *I’m not picky* But I must admit now that I’m older then dirt, If I were to get a dog for myself I’d go with the breed just mentioned, or one of the toy, or pocket pal breeds.

I would definitely go with a dog, especially now that I’m a senior citizen. Should the worse happen, and you pass away, and they don’t find you right away, a dog will starve himself while waiting @ your side,
where you become the available meal for a cat, when they run out of food. Morbid, but true. Cats are for your healthy people.
Cats are for young healthy people. Being a disabled senior citizen I take a dog any time. Should the worse happen, and you leave this world, and it takes a while to be found, dogs will starve themselves when they run out of food while waiting fir you to be found, where you become the meal of the day for cats, when all the cat food is gone, and you’re waiting to be found. Sad, but true !
