I spent it opening gifts with my 17 month old daughter Madalyn. She woke me up at 6 in the morning and we’ve had a lovely Christmas so far.

Children are grown and away from the house. Today the husband and I will spend a quiet day relaxing. Off to the relatives for the weekend.

Open our gifts on Christmas Eve, and so today is relaxing with family. Will take a walk in God’s winter wonderland, listen to birds singing, take pictures. Pot roast in the crockpot.

We have a big Christmas Breakfast, then exchange gifts. My daughter and her Husband and Daughter come over for dinner. Just talk and celebrate the birth of Jesus. We are so fortunate and thankful for this beautiful life we have.

I just woke up from a nap. LOL
Today is a quiet day for my hubby and I. We are just spending it together at home. I have a roast in the crockpot and will be finishing dinner preparations in a little while. We agreed to no gifts for each other this year, and instead have been putting together all the things we need for the arrival of our first baby in early February. 🙂

I have spent the day with my husband and children, 5 years old and 2 years old. We woke up early and were excited to see that Santa had visited, then enjoyed opening presents from each other. We were lazy all day, playing with new toys and games, then my sweet husband fixed dinner for my parents to join us. I really appreciate his taking over dinner preparations as Baby #3 is due very soon and I can hardly cross the room without getting out of breath!

I love Gooseberry Patch and would love to add this book to my collection!

    Merry Christmas, everyone!

I will spend December 25th catching my breath, relaxing with my family, opening presents, cooking still more yummy things to eat, and counting my blessings for all that’s right with the world.

I spent Christmas with all of my family – first we did breakfast and gifts with my inlaws and then late lunch with my family!

Spent a very quiet Christmas day, talking with 2 of my sons in Tx., as well as each of my 4 grandchildren. It was Christmas across the miles for me, but so worthwhile.
