My favorite rainy day activity is sitting on my couch with a fresh cup of coffee looking through magazines for recipes and/or good sayings in advertisements. I make my own personal cook books out of the recipes, and use the quotes in modge podge craftsy ideas and scrapbook layouts.

I haven’t scrapbooked yet, but this is something new on my mind, and would be great to do on a rainy day; while drinking a cup of green tea. Another idea would be to bake cookies and have my girls decorate them. I actually read on a rainy day. I recently started blogging so that would be another one for me.

BIG DUH! I hit the submit comment button before finishing.

When it’s raining, I like to open my curtains and people watch while doing arts and crafts with my kids.

I *really* need to get back into scrapbooking. I’m sorely behind. Now that everything is digital, I am considering doing it all that way.

My favorite rainy day craft is sewing. Could be an ornament, working on my quilt, or anything else I come up. Usually quick easy crafts since I’m hardly a sewing pro!

My favorite rainy day craft is card making. I make all my cards, on rainy days, and very cold ones you can’t go out in!

My favorite rainy day – hmmm, well we get lots of rain, so during the rain the girls and i play inside, bake and then after the rain – we go on the quads and catch the frogs that come out to play… we also do this in the warm summer rain… then the puddles!!

I love to hibernate at home with the family. We usually order pizza and watch movies which include eating lots of sweets:)

I love inside recess days. We play with the legos and all of the fun brain games that I pull out of the box labeled “rainy day recess games.” It is an old grungy box that is in some serious need of a crafty makeover.

On rainy days I like to do lots of baking and then curl up on the couch with a good book and a cup of tea. Unfortunately, I’m usually at work so this is not possible except in my dreams!

Relaxing with my family and taking in a movie… complete with popcorn and a bit of candy. If I’m lucky and can get the kids to nap, I like to take in a bit of sewing. Ahhhh, I hope it rains soon! 🙂

Definitely hot chocolate, a blanket and a good book. Add in my kids playing quietly (ha!) and a fire and it would be heaven!

Shoot! I missed the deadline. Oh well, I love to read & drink Moonstruck Mayan Hot Chocolate (although Mexican will do in a pinch!)

What a cute bag! Awesome! My favorite rainy day activity is some sort of crafting. Making cards, or sewing zip bags or anything crafty really! angielovesgary2 atgmail dotcom

I was widowed twice and raised 6 kids on a woodcraft business. all those years I was making lists in my mind of crafts to do when I no longer had kids to support… So… on a rainy OR sunny day… I love using sculpey… jewelry making… quilting…painting… the list goes on and on. I am so blessed to be able to make things for several local helping ministries and one world wide one… One helps women who have been sexually abused… Another helps girls and boys get out of trafficked situations… And, of course, I make lots of items for the children’s Christmas boxes by Samaritin’s purse. I very much appreciated the great service and prices from Create for Less. Thank you so much!!!
