Valentine Garlands

Check out our Craft Trends board on Pinterest!

I’m a huge fan of garlands because they’re a really easy way to decorate for an upcoming holiday or party. While Valentine’s Day isn’t quite as popular a holiday to decorate for than some of the other ones, you can’t deny that the decorations are adorable! Here are some easy ways to add some Valentine’s Day festivity to your home with garlands.

Heart & Lollipop Valentines Favors

By General Crafts Contributor Sammy from the blog Seriously, Sammy?!

Paper Flower Valentines made from little paper hearts!

And JUST LIKE THAT! It’s February!

Kids’ Crafts: Valentines Day!

I have to admit I’m not all that into Valentine’s Day as a romantic holiday. My husband and I usually avoid crowded restaurants and prefer to celebrate President’s Day. However, as a kid I loved Valentine’s Day. My mom would put out small gifts for us to find in the morning – candy and dress up jewelry. Sometimes our parents would even set up a Valentine’s Day scavenger hunt with chocolates and small toys as the prizes. Here are some more kid friendly Valentine’s Day craft activities to help you celebrate as a whole family!

Valentine’s Day Crafts

I don’t know why, but when it comes to Valentine’s Day I draw a blank. I love the holiday, but I always need new ideas for creating budget friendly Valentine’s Day  decor.  Here are some Valentine’s Day Crafts to brighten your doorway and around the home. All of these crafts can be made inexpensively and hopefully from leftover fabrics, and scrap booking paper you have around the house.

I went a little burlap crazy this holiday season, so I have lots left over for this beautiful Burlap Heart! I just love the color contrast of natural and red in this door hanger.
