As a card maker, I get a lot of my inspiration for my projects from things around me. It could be colors, textures, wallpaper, food….I love it when something stops me in my tracks and I have to quickly write down an idea from it. For today’s project, I was inspired by these vintage-style post cards I’ve had in my drawer for ages. I don’t use them, I just like to look at them, LOL! They have always reminded me of something a grandmother would have. Very comforting and happy.
Feathers are one of the staples of our kids’ crafting supplies because they are inexpensive, versatile and soft and easy for small hands to create with. Here are some of our favorite projects that utilize feathers.
