This cute mini pumpkin decoration is a great craft to make this fall.
I love everything about fall – pumpkin carving and hot apple cider, the smell of cinnamon and apples, the approaching holidays, and of course fall foliage. The color palette of autumn is my favorite: oranges, golden yellow, pinks and reds. The only bad part is how quickly the leaves fall and need to be raked and collected. Here are some fall leaf crafts to help you and your kids create with and keep some of those beautiful leaves.
This first craft can be made with store bought silk leaves, if you happen to live in a place that doesn’t have many deciduous trees this is a great way to celebrate autumn leaves anyway!
Autumn has arrived! Here in Portland the trees are bursting with color and the clouds are bursting with rain, and I’m looking for inspiration for new autumn wreath designs. Wreath making is one of my favorite fall crafts because the design possibilities are endless. There is an autumn wreath for every craft level. I’m including some of my favorite possibilities for DIY wreaths to brighten your door this fall.
This wreath combines the natural charm of burlap with the warm bright beauty of fall flowers.
