Q: I can’t get all of the embossing powder off my project before I heat it. What do I do?
A: First be sure your ink is dry before trying to remove the excess. Once the ink is dry, you can use a paint brush to remove any extra powder. Lightly, tap the project on a surface and be sure to tap the back of the project which will, also, help. Using an anti-static bag before you stamp is a great way to keep this from occurring, too.
Q: I can’t get my tape runner to add any tape. Is there something wrong with it?
A: If it’s a new runner and you know it’s not empty, first check that you are holding it correctly so the end that has the tape is down on the paper. It’s easy to grab them and have them upside down. Next, check to make sure there is tape on that area of the roller. Sometimes used tape runners will have an open spot where there is no tape.
