This Christmas (much like every Christmas in years past) seemed to just creep up on me. As I’m writing this there’s only one more week until the big day and I’ve still got friends to see, cookies to make, and presents to wrap… So, naturally I’m crafting…
With all phones having high quality cameras now, we all have way more pictures than we have places to put them. Instead of just popping them in a frame, there are a ton of ways you can transfer your photo to an unexpected medium. Here are some of my favorites.
I’ve been lucky enough to have seen quite a few countries at such a young age. I’m currently on a mission to see 30 countries before I reach age 30. Because of all these adventures on top of being in college, my bank account is a little tight. So, when I was looking online for one of those fancy push pin maps that show off where you’ve been, I was super bummed to see how expensive they were. Then I realized that I could very easily just make my own!
Mother’s Day is just around the corner. Make mom feel extra special this year with one of these thoughtful, beautiful hand made gifts. For the older kids I’ve included some multi-step artistic projects which can be modified for younger children (or made with a little help from older siblings and dads 🙂
These shabby chic picture frames are inexpensive to make and the finished product is lovelier than any frames I’ve seen in stores. Kids can even choose their own favorite pictures of themselves for mom.
