DIY Ghostly Candleholder

Candles and Halloween just go hand in hand. Here is a wonderful project that you can use to light up your porch and/or interiors this holiday season. You can even use a pumpkin face or Christmas icons to adjust the look with the changing seasons…Happy Crafting Everyone!

Materials

Materials Needed:

Draw FAce

Step 1:

Using the sheet of paper, draw a ghost face

Cut Face

Step 2:

Cut out the ghost face to use as stencil

Glue Face

Step 3:

Place the ghost face on jar and use glue stick to secure stencil pieces {side note: place the mouth a bit higher if you would like to hide the tea light}

Frost Paint

Step 4: 

Spray jar with the frosted glass spray and let dry (I did 3 coats)

Step 5:

Remove the papered stencil pieces and clean any excess residue

Step 6:

Remove top closure of jar, place tea candle inside, and light

Your ghost face candle holder is complete. Enjoy!

DIY Floral Halloween Centerpiece

If you are planning on hosting a Halloween dinner party this year, here is a great center piece to liven up your tablescape. This is a fun and festive project that can be done in no time…Happy Decorating Everyone!

Materials

Materials Needed:

Tape

Step 1:

Tape decorative black & white tape (or desired tape) around the silver basket and cut end (I started taping 1 ½’’ from tub top and did two decorative lines)

Bats

Step 2:

Use hot glue to secure decorative paper bats to silver basket in desired location

Flowers

Step 3:

Bend stems and arrange black roses in silver basket and scotch tape roses to basket to secure placement

Bird

Step 4:

Add crow to desired location and scotch tape to secure placement

Pumpkin

Step 5:

Place glitter pumpkin picks in floral arrangement in preferred locations

DIY 4th of July Napkin Rings

The 4th Of July is right around the corner and entertaining your family and friends during this festive time should be fun. This project is a great way to add Red, White and Blue to your Holiday tablescape. Hope you all enjoy this fun and easy napkin ring project…Happy Independence Day!

Materials

Materials Needed:

Cut Ribbon

Step 1:

Cut four 6 ½” ribbon strips (1/2” will be used to overlap ends)

Glue Ends

Step 2:

Shape ribbon into a circle and glue ends together, overlapping with ½”

Cut Flowers

Step 3:

Remove flowers from bushel and cut stem off

Glue Flower

Step 4:

Glue flower to ribbon ring at the overlap seam and let dry.

Let Dry

Add your napkin and enjoy!

Whenever I do a project I tend to have a ton of leftover materials. I had a round vase left over from the DIY Dotted Glass Bowl project and some Vinyl sheets from the Polka dot walls project.
