Do you love glitter, but want an easier way to apply it to your cards?  Nuvo Glimmer paste is a great option.  Today, I’m using Silver Gem Glimmer Paste with a stencil from PA Essentials called Fireworks.

I started off with a panel of dark gray cardstock and, using the stencil with my Make Art Stay-tion, I spread a thin layer of glimmer paste over the top.

After removing the stencil, I let the panel dry for a while until the glimmer paste has hardened.

After trimming the panel down to fit the front of a white notecard, I added a sentiment using Avery Elle’s Simply Said Bright stamp and the matching die.  I used Delicata Golden Glitz ink to add a nice contrast to the silver.  A quick tip:  After die cutting the “bright” word onto white cardstock, I waited to remove it and popped the panel into my Precision Press to line up the stamp with the die cut.

I finished the card with a couple of other sentiments from the set that I cut into strips.

The glitter is so pretty and stays put!  I may need to collect all the colors J.  Thanks so much for joining me today!
