If you are a fan of a minimalist table with just a hint of Fall, these place cards are for you.

I used the Skeleton Leaves die set from Sizzix/Tim Holtz as a jumping off point for my table cards.  The lacy leaves are so pretty, but not overwhelming with any dishes or glassware you may be using.

For the cards, I just used some simple folded cards from Paper Accents and the Modern Calligraphy stamp set from Avery Elle to personalize.

I added a “metallic” look to the leaves by dipping the fronts in Versamark Ink and then heat embossing them with a variety of embossing powders in fall colors such as gold, copper and red.

I added names to each of my place cards—the stamp is very quick and easy to use.

To adhere the leaves to the top edge of the place cards, I used my Glue Sponge.  This is a great option for intricate die cuts, just be sure to put something heavy on top of the leaf as it dries on the card.

I love the light and bright look of these cards.

They’ll go with all of your fall table décor!
