Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all had a good week. Now let’s get right to the point, today I I am giving away a Manuscript Trendy Wax Sealing Kit (and a package of extra wax too)!

The Manuscript Trendy Wax Sealing Set contains a wooden handle for 17 mm coins, 2 interchangeable coins-berry wreath and heart mandala, a wick wax, and instructions for use.

Every Friday we’ll post a giveaway on Think Crafts and all you have to do is comment on the blog post answering the question of the week. We’ll pick the winners and contact them via email. Deadline is midnight tonight and the winner will be announced on Monday. One entry per person please.

Question of the week:  If you had one extra hour of free time a day, how would you use it?

We live on a farm and I often feel rushed when taking care of the animals. I would spend more time individually with them.

  2. Laura

I would be crafting daily! I try to anyway but usually don’t always have the time I want to for creating.

  3. Olga Torres

I really dont know, sleep? craft? browse for craft ideas? stay up and watch the end of that movie? or just add to my day and let it fall where i need it most.

  4. Marissa M.

I would DEFINITELY use it for crafting! Hopefully for finishing some of the million projects I have started!

  5. Belva Brown

Wow, right now all my extra time will be used making Baby quilts, and nursery accessories for my Two New Grandbabies that will be arriving later this year.

  6. Emily B

Hopefully I would realize that I have extra hour just as I am running out of time for something (cleaning before guests, cooking -that happened this week!, or a special project…) Phew, what a relief!

  7. Ren

I’d start spring cleaning so I could use that extra hour in the spring to start on projects that I need to paint outdoors.

  8. Vanessa Antonsen

I would sit with my daughter, a cup of tea to find out what it is she has been up to, and hopefully do some creating of pretties with her. It would be more than an hour, we typically take a few about once a week, so having an extra is all the better!!!

I take all the extra time I have to build 1:12 scale dollhouses. I am working on a Sata Cottage. I am a perfectionist so I really love adding details to my work. I added electrical lights so I can add christmas lights to the house and trees. I finally found my passion.

Papercrafting/cardmaking, I always seem to want just a little more time so an extra hour would be perfect. 🙂

If I had an extra hour of free time a day I would like to say I would spend it exercising but, in all actuality, I would probably spend it reading.

  12. Kelly OBrien

As my life stands right now, I’d use it to sleep. I miss the days when I’d have used it for other things like visiting, reading, crafting, or keeping in touch with far away family and friends.

  13. Abbey Meuter

I would probably end up spending the hour deciding what to do. I have lots to choose from: digital scrapbooking, reading, cross stitch, card making, cleaning, planning crafts for my daughter’s American Heritage Girls troop, going on a walk… learning a new craft?!

Right now I would use it to finish researching and documenting the information about the medieval style braid I’m creating for an arts and science faire I’m participating in next month. I will be sharing all of the information with those attending the faire so that extra hour I would use to help me prepare an even better presentation.

  15. Betty Schanback

I would volunteer at NYU medical center Pediatric Recreation Ward like have done in the past

Ok. Last time I tried to post it told me my comment “sleep” was too short so it would not accept my entry/comment as appropriate. I am not certain how long my comment will need to be to be acceptable to the system so I certainly hope you will forgive me if it seems I am just at present rambling on about whatever thank you for this giveaway as I had a set of these way back in my much younger days when I was in high school and enjoyed them it would be fun to try them again hope this is a long enough comment for the system to accept my entry this time around

  17. Savannah

I would craft, craft, CRAFT making beautiful things for all my beloved precious family and friendsto make them feel as loved as they make me feel!

  18. Donna Boyce

I am a retired graphic designer so I dabble with just about anything creative. I would love to use the hour just to practice using watercolors. i also love to fish so on the days I didn’t use my watercolor hour I would practice my fly fishing casts. I’ve tried just about everything creative and i hope someday to teach myself to needle felt. that’s just about all I have on my bucket list!!!!

  19. Jo Keith

An extra hour of free time would be useful to organize my stamp sets and tidy-up my crafting space.

  20. Judy

When I have a bit of extra time, I get into my sewing room and work on one of my never finished projects.

  21. Dianne G.

I love to spend any time I can with my grandchildren and I also like to do crafts. The perfect choice would be to sit down with them and teach them some crafts.

  22. Stacey Hanchey

Hi! I would spend an hour creating something myself! I spend so much time directing others on different crafts, I don’t usually have time to spend myself!

  23. Melissa Ann Terhune

I would create something for my husband. I’m so busy creating for others I sometimes don’t remember to create for the person I love the most.

  24. BarbMac Vt

If Ihad one extra hour each day I would spend it volunteering at the local Humane Society. They are always looking for people who can spend one on one time with animals that are having trouble adjusting to kennel life or that need socialization or just a little extra tlc!
Being with these special animals makes me relax and feel that things in my life aren’t as bad as they seem. I always want to bring them all home with me but know that isn’t possible!

  25. Tammy Collins

Work on one of my many paper craft projects or Crochet a little longer. Better yet, walk my handmade cards to the post office.

  26. cathy t

I’d love to get to all those crafts I got excited about and bought the supplies for but never quite got to.

  27. Marlene Widmark

I would use it to do my photo page of the week! And then maybe I wouldn’t be 3 weeks behind on my photo journaling of the new year!
