Stumble to the bathroom to remove and clean my dental retainers so I can brush my teeth before I kiss my husband “Good morning!”

I go to the bathroom & then fix myself something to drink while I check my email & Facebook.

The first thing I do when I wake up is reach for my phone. A lot of the time it is to turn off the alarm but if I don’t need an alarm, it’s still the first thing I do!

The first thing I do is go to the bathroom, grab some coffee and give my dog his insulin shot.

I turn on the news to see what has happened overnight. I have friends & family in many places across the states and around the world. It’s important to get this information early in the day.
