Blast off with fun rocket magnets to make with the kids!

Decorate your fridge with these colourful rocket magnets. This space craft is fun and simple so kids of all ages can enjoy it.

You will need:

Step 1:

Cut a small space rocket shape out of the red sheet of foam. About 3-4 inches tall will make a great size for a fridge magnet.

Step 2:

Cut out the shapes for the top, sides and bottom of the rocket from the blue foam sheet and glue in place on the red rocket shape. Then cut a thin strip from the yellow foam sheet and stick it to the bottom of the blue foam.

Cut a small circle out of the yellow foam and then cut out a smaller circle from the centre. Then stick some light blue foam to the back to create the window. Glue the window to the middle of the red rocket.

Step 3:

Cut a small strip of magnetic tape, about an inch long. Then turn the rocket over and stick this tape to the back. Now your rocket magnet is ready to stick to the fridge!
