Decorate a miniature tree or drape over a large wall photo frame for a festive touch with a DIY miniature circle paper garland in the colors and patterns of your choosing.
- Holiday scrapbook paper in assorted colors
- Natural twine string
- Mod Podge or craft glue
- Craft scissors + pencil + two paper clips
- Small round template (I used the bottom of a shot glass)
Use the bottom of a shot glass to trace a number of small round shapes onto a piece of scrapbook paper.
Gather the pieces of paper you are using together. Line them up and secure them with a couple of paper clips. Cut out the circle shapes to get multiple circles from one cut!
Once you have the circles for the length of garland you need, add a layer of Mod Podge to the wrong side of a circle. Lay the twine in between. Add a second circle on top of it.
Continue in this manner until you have created the length of garland you need.
