I haven’t really made it a secret that my newest crafty obsession is definitely alcohol ink. Ever since I discovered it, I have tried out so many techniques using it and I absolutely love the results. Here are some of my favorite techniques that I can’t wait to try.

Alcohol Ink Mirror

Watercolor Mirror

This is one of my favorite crafts I’ve made with alcohol inks. I love the sort of imperfect frame around the mirror that the inks created and the colors kind of remind me of a globe. You could definitely give this more of a watercolor feel with more blending solution and less ink.

Fired Ink Art - It's Always Autumn

Okay, I’m definitely itching to try this one out. I love that each piece will turn out totally unique and you can try so many different techniques to see how the end result turns out.

Ink Swirl Resin Bracelet - Resin Obsession

This is a new one for me, and I love it because I also have a slight obsession with resin. This would be super fun to try out not just with a bangle mold, but with pendants too.

Faux Sea Glass - Craftberry Bush

Make gorgeous tinted sea glass without using glass at all! I love the endless possibilities this craft brings. I love the way that these look in the bowl of sand, and think they would be great glued to a frame as well.

Upcycled Tile Coasters - How was Your Day?

I saw lots of tutorials for tile coasters while I was rounding up alcohol ink ideas, but this was by far my favorite. I love the subtle colors and the simple addition with the floral stamp.

Thank you for your inspiration. Just started playing with alcohol inks and just love them. My question is this- do you need to put any type of gloss or varnish on paintings made on Yupo or glossy photo paper if you will be protecting it by matting and framing under glass or plexiglass? Thank you for your help!

Love the watercolor design. My master bath has a big tub wih 2 long narrow windows. My bath is pale blue and white. I would love to do something with them. I cant afford stained glass.

I’m wondering if it is possible to colour real succulents with alcohol inks?
I know you can use food colouring but inking would be so much more fun!!!!
    Thanks in advance…
