    Rainbow sherbet! It’s sweet (but not “heavy”), cool & fruity & just “seems” like Summer to me! (It also brings back fond memories of eating push-ups as a child–they were always a summertime favorite!)

    My favorite would be home made ice cream! I love to make strawberry ice cream with some pineapple juice in it! So very good!
