My favorite leftover is the lime jello salad. After the big meal, I just want sometime light and soothing.

Our favorite leftover is turkey and broth, because then, I can make turkey and dumplings, King Ranch Turkey, Turkey pot pie, Open face turkey sandwiches with gravy and mashed potatoes… and of course served with cranberry sauce!!!!

Thanksgiving lasts for several days in our house as we have family from all over North America come to visit with us. My favorite leftover has to be the turkey! We always have make soup and eat a ton of sandwiches with the leftovers but everyone loves turkey casserole – if we’re not too tired to make it after all the guests have left.
