Washer Pendant

I needed a simple project that my little daughter could make for her girl friends as a pretty gift. I wanted a handmade necklace, but her little hands had a hard time stringing beads. I thought this would make a great pendant and it’s just strung on a simple cotton string.
Supplies:
- Metal Washers
- white paint
- Brush
- Nail Polish Colors
- String
How to Make It…
To start with, paint the washers with a white base. Let that dry completely.
Next, using the Nail Polish as an enamel, paint the washer with the desired design.
Once the nail polish is dry, tie a piece of string to the washer and now you have a really pretty necklace. This would be a great gift for Mom for Mother’s Day or just a little girl’s birthday.
