Craft of the Future: The 3Doodler

When you get a chance, head over to the Kickstarter website and check out the new and innovative craft tool: The 3Doodler. It’s a pen that you can actually lift off a page and draw into the air!
It works similarly to a glue gun. Plastic is quickly heated to become a liquid, and then quickly cooled so that your creations can stand straight up in 3D! The 3Doodler uses a very common type of plastic and can be used for any number of things. Right now, they’re working with wire artists to make 3D sculptures from the 3Doodler and they even suggest using it to personalize electronics. The plastic is available in a wide array of colors, and once you get the hang of using the pen, you’ll be amazed what you can do!
