What You Will Need:
- Burlap
- Scissors
- Side Profile Photo (sized to fit on stocking)
- Adhesive Stencil Paper
- Exacto Knife or Multi-Purpose Heating Tool
- Cardstock
- Black Acrylic Paint
- Sewing Machine & Supplies
- White Ric Rac
