i’ve had a pair of blue jeans up in the closet for a couple of years hoping i can wear them. they’ll probaby be out of style before i fit into them, lol!

  2. Helen Whaley

I really really ought to toss those terrible photos that aren’t even good enough for a regular album, let alone a fancy scrapbooked one! But there they sit, in their little packets, looking sad.

  3. neyva betancourt

Magazines for some reason I can’t get ride of my old magazines. It’s getting out of hand lol

  4. Darcy Szecsy

I really should throw my fabric scraps away. I do not want to quilt so I don’t have a need for them. I keep trying to give them away but so far I still have them.

  5. Amy

Old paintbrushes! I always think that one day I will do something creative with these worn out tools….

  6. Christine

My belly cast from my first pregnancy! It’s just sitting on a shelf in the basement, has petroleum jelly all on the inside, and I can’t use it for anything!

  7. Amy #8546

My really small scraps. They are so small you cant punch anything out from them…..But Im sure one day I will find a use for them. So yeah I probably will never throw them away. LOL

You know those ribbons that come attached to new shirts and dresses to keep them on the hanger? I cut them off and save them forever… always thinking I will do something with them, but I never do!!

have an old red cardigan that is just coming apart but still keep it for cold winter days, its keeps me warm as do the memories of the person that gave it to me many, many years ago.

there are certain toys that were my kids’ laying around that bring back memories…and since they are 27, 19, and 16, I think they are done with them :(

  11. Annie K

I have a bag of mateless socks that I should either do something with, or just throw out…but some unrealistic, crazy part of me thinks that maybe, just maybe…the washing machine and dryer will spit them back out someday, from whatever alternate universe it has sent them.

I have two drawers of left over scrapbook paper that I keep adding to but never use. I should throw it all out but I know as soon as I do I might need something.

My super small scraps of paper…..I will probably never use them, but some of them are so pretty and I can’t buy a full sheet again because they don’t make it anymore. That is why I should buy more than one at a time, right??

  14. jessica esch

little and I mean little scrap pieces of paper….my thought on that~ you never know when you will need a tiny piece of paper. The thing is I never use these :)

  15. Cathy Sobotka

Years old magazines that I subscribed to but never had the time to read. I keep thinking someday I’ll have the time to read them — yeah, right. Thanks for the chance to win!

I really don’t need to keep so many boxes, but it’s hard to recycle them because I’m always needing a box of a certain size.

  17. Mary R

I have so many boxes of ribbon/paper/material of small swatches that I hold on “in case I need it in the future”. I really need to throw 95% of it out.

  18. Roberta Anderson

My family is always trying to get me to through things away. I don’t even say anything any more I just give them a look. But the thing I should get rid of are old photos that are purple form waiting so long to develop them.

  19. Ren

My huge stack of old Country Living magazines that I will probably never read again and are taking up bookshelf space.

  20. Shane R

My ridiculously huge stash of scrapbox craft stuff – it has taken over an entire room…scrap paper, ribbon, cardboard, paints, magazines, beads, buttons, etc.

  21. Marissa

A TON of back issues of Beading and Crafting magazines. I probably don’t need them since I never have time to go back through them. It would free up a lot of space, but I love to have them.

  22. Megan W.

I have one of those wall decals that you might hang in a child’s room. It is Lucky from the 101 Dalmatians. He was in my brother’s room some 15-20 years ago and I have had him since. He goes with me wherever I move. He is torn in one spot but I will never get rid of him. He’s currently on a piece of paper, I plan to frame him and hang him again.

  23. Julie

That jar of instant coffee I’ve had for 3 years, never used, but keep saving “in case of emergency.”

  24. Julia Paul

Clothes and shoes that I NEVER wear. I know that I never wear them, I have no where to wear them, but I just keep thinking well maybe someday…. lol.

  25. loralie

letter stickers. I use them & use them & then end up with random letters but none that will make a word, and still I keep them.

  26. Nancy

Pages from craft magazines. I actually went through the magazines and tore out what I wanted. But I really haven’t even looked at what I saved in years!

  27. Lori Armitage

Old VHS movies. We still have one combo player to play them but have replaced most of the good ones with Blue Ray disks.

  28. Maria Shehan

Lots of craft scraps, old and duplicate photos, and old cards I have received since I was in Junior High.

  29. Alice Clark

Boxes are my weakness…I have stacks and piles of cardboard boxes, shoe boxes and used gift boxes hidden away.

  30. Wendy Crowe

Scraps of paper are the worst for me. I have folders, boxes and drawers filled with lots of little pieces. I refuse to throw them away…and the best part is when I FINALLY found a use for that ONE little square. JUSTIFIED!!!

  31. Denise Bryant

Print paper that I thought I liked when I bought it… now I look at it and wonder why I ever liked it!

  32. Shannon bell

OK this is going to sound bad.. But we ALL remember our first love. I still have my pictures with him, letters, etc. I call it my “Tommy” box. And I’ve been married now for 7 years. I’ll always love him (but no longer “in” love with him) & it’s nice to look back. But my husband is my future & he knows that. So that’s the one thing I SHOULD throw away~ but… :)

  33. Ronnie Gosnell

funny, reading the comments so far, I can honestly say ALL of THE THINGS MENTIONED!!! Plus, add coffee cans (what was I going to do with those?) and the patterns that come free on the skeins of yarn – and I have never knit any one of them!!!! I even kept two new pillows I bought for the guest room for fiberfill to use in stuffed animals… there is no end to my pack-ratted-ness!

  34. Marlene B

All my little pieces of leftover scrapes of fabric I should throw away but think I might use them on a project of some kind. Thanks for the Freebie Fridays.
