Yes.. I’m on a street with lots of shops and an ice cream parlor. It has an awning that is white, pink and black striped. Has always seemed very French to me for some reason.
There is also an outside restaurant with tables all around and I go there to eat with friends. Mind you I’ve never met any of the people and they are always different. lol

My reoccuring dream always has to do with my kids and either letting them down someway. That always is the outcome of the dream. The actual dream might be different, but the theme of the dream is that I let them down someway.

Happy Friday! I used to have a recurring dream that I would lose all of my teeth and then they would grow back one by one. Yes, kind of a weird one. Had this dream in my teens to 20′s. I think this dream represented changes in my life. Have a GREAT day, everyone!

I have many dreams that are reoccurring but I guess the main one is being in a house that is a hodge podge of all the houses that I have lived in. I’m usually trying to escape or hide from someone and I get lost in the maze.
Becky Greene :

YES! Right when I started a new job, I used to dream that there was a wing of my house that I never went to because I knew there were major problems (pure denial). The next year I had a different dream (which I relate to work) where There was a big paper bag under my desk and I wouldn’t look in there. I knew it was some impending issue, but I never looked in the bag.

From about the age of 8 to now I randomly have a reoccurring dream. I used to have it 3 or 4 times a year and now I have it once or twice every couple of years. The dream is a composition of “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” “The Wizard of Oz,” “Alice in Wonderland” and my own imagination. Basically I am in the TMNT’s lair where we are stratigizing about a future mission when some ninjas (of the non turtle variety) come and kidnap me. I am taken down several flights of stairs and somehow I manage to attack my captors and get free. The farther I run, the more I notice the scenery looks extremely familiar (yellow brick road & flowers everywhere) but I can’t put my finger on it. While I am trying to place my bearings, I am taken hostage once again but this time by the Queen of Hearts card guard cards. I am taken before the court, found guilty (of what I don’t know) and given the sentence of death by beheading. Right before I am killed the TMNT come and help me escape. But before I am able to return to their compound, I am sucked up a “rabbit hole” and then I wake up.
Yes, that is my real reoccurring dream but an extremely shortened version of it. And yes, I watched “The WIzard of Oz” and “Teenage Muntant Ninja Turtles” and read “Alice in Wonderland” way too much as a kid.

I have a few, but the one I have the most often is this one. (Background: where I grew up, there was (and still is) a long bridge crossing the Susquehanna River in Maryland, linking Havre de Grace with Perryville.) My recurring dream was walking over this bridge, and looking between the “boards” and seeing the water underneath. Maybe I should ModPodge a photo of the bridge onto a photo canvas? Hmmm… Thanks for the opportunity to win!

I had polio as a toddler and I dream of running! In my dreams I am strong and swift. I feel the wind rushing past my face as my arms and legs pump effortlessly. In this beautiful recurring dream there are no pitying faces, but everyone marvels at how gloriously I run!
I’ll be 60 in August and I have loved Mod Podge since my first try with it back in the 60′s. I would love to try all these great variations!
Tiffany H. :

My reocurring dream was back in high school I kept dreaming about another student that I’d never actually met. I kept dreaming about us being friends and hanging out up until one semester we finally DID have a class together and got sat right across from eachother. It was an art class. After the day I really met him in person the dreams stopped! So odd.
Marsha Alford :

I have had quite a few reoccurring dreams, but the one that sticks out the most dealt with my whole family and it was one that was incredibly hard to wake from. I honestly thought i might have been falling into a coma if i werent already in one.
So here goes the dream, or at least what i can remember. We were not in this country(the usa) or so it would seem as we were driving down the opposite side of the road. And we were going to see my grandmother at a hospital called The Devil’s Playground. The dream speeds up i am in a pioneerish dress in the woods somwhere with a bag over my head and my hands bound behind my back. I get pushed in to this row boat type boat and manage to get my hands free and get the bag off my head and look around it very dark with a glimmer of moonlight the trees are gnarled and the scenery is whirling at breakneck speed. The dream skips forward again this time i am in the hospital and have found my grandmother we speak for a while and some how i manage to take her place strapped down to the bed that is now stood up and cant get anyone’s attention to let them know that i am not my grandmother. ..
The dream continues on but its all bits and pieces. And no this isnt how i remember it this is how the dream actually occurs. I have had this multiple times and each time its harder and hard to wake from.

Christine :

When I have trouble falling asleep, I often use my favorite soft piano music (Steve Hall’s “On Eagles Wings”), and I begin to dream that there are butterflies gracefully dancing among flowers that are the “notes” of the song…funny thing, though, the music notes are reading right to left instead of left to right. Recently realized that for all the years I’ve crocheted (35+, and yes, I’ve been know to continue crocheting if I have yarn in my hand and fall asleep)…so my “crochet” world of working left to right has transferred into butterflies and flowers moving “backwards” to musical notes.

When I was around 4 or 5 I used to have a dream all the time that my mom brought me to visit one of her friends. The friend’s dogs were terrorizing me and my mom didn’t care, she just looked at me like “What is your problem?” Weird because I’m definitely not afraid of dogs (we’ve always had them as pets), and it’s definitely way out of character for my mom! Dreams are like that I guess. Thanks for the giveaway!

I’ve had recurring dreams before but can never remember them exept right after I’ve woken up. Then it hits me that I’ve had that same dream before!

I haven’t had a recurring dream since I was a small child. I used to have this dream where I was walking home from the local grocery store and just as I was beginning to cross the street my legs wouldn’t move. The traffic light would change and cars would start coming toward me, and then I would wake up.

Luckily I no longer have this dream. I was on a Naval base driving on the docks with air craft carriers and smaller vessels on each side. I miss a turn to drive down another dock and go into the water. I can’t get any of the windows to roll down at all and of course there is too much pressure on the doors to get them open. So I keep telling myself not to panic because as soon as the water fills the inside of the car the pressure will equalize and I will be able to get out. The car is almost full and there is just a little air at the roof line. I still can’t get the doors or any windows open. I can’t break them out either. I’d always wake up then.

My least favorite recurring dream is about having a house full of company and my trying to cook for everyone with only limited provisions. It’s messy. It’s frustrating. It’s a nightmare!

Yes – a dream in which I was late for class but couldn’t find my locker. The hallways were circular and I just kept going around and around. Then when I found it I couldn’t remember my combination. Yikes!!

Okay. It was night and I was either with peter pan or being peter pan and we would fly over a castle and then fall. I always woke up then. Haven’t had it in a long time…:)

When I was a kid, I dreamed that there was a “tickle monster” that looked just like snuffleupagus from sesame street that lived outside and if you stepped of our childhood patio, it would tickle you to death… :S

My reoccuring dream finds me pregnant and looking for a hospital. Which is strange, as I’m a 67 year old grandma. Maybe a secret wish for great grandchildren.

Yes, a nightmare, actually. Spent a week nursing my newborn baby to sleep in bed with me and DH. (Realize in hindsight, very bad idea, but I was Desperate for sleep). Spent the next six months having a recurring nightmare that I had rolled over on him in my sleep and smothered him. Every. Single. Night. For six months the same nightmare woke me up in absolute panic. Just the first of many dumb mistakes I made as a parent, but somehow he turned out ok.

It takes place in a treehouse, and I’m sitting there waiting. I’m meeting with this asian guy, I have no idea who he is though. He always brings food. We sit there and he’s supposedly trying to tell me something. I never hear a word!!! I hate that, what if he REALLY IS TRYING TO TELL ME SOMETHING!! I’m not crazy. lol.

I don’t think I have ever had one. Frequently I don’t even remember what I dream.

I have a horrendous nightmare kind of dream, always something different to do with extreme danger, the recurring part is how I don’t have a voice or barely a voice and I can’t yell for help or yell to whoever it is I am trying to help. I wonder what it means?!

Hi all,
)
I have had a reoccurring dream! When I was little I used to watch soap operas with my big sister (which I probably shouldn’t have done). She’s ten years older than me, and she was probably in high school when this happened. Well, I had a dream that involved the same “bad guy” character quite often. I was usually running away from him. But since then I can’t watch soap operas! Silly, I know.

When I was younger (5-12), I had a recurring dream about being chased by a ghost. I would get into situations that were close to death and then wake it. I hated that dream. I am so glad it went away!

This is a little weird, but when I was pregnant with my second child, my daughter, I kept dreaming that she was born early and came out through my belly button feet first and that she wasn’t a girl…she was a boy. Crazy, I know. : /

I don’t have a recurring dream so much as the same ideas/themes in dreams. Mostly that there is an emergency, I’m trying to dial the phone, and I keep messing up and can’t get through.

I have dreamed that I’m back in High School, and I either can’t find my locker or I don’t know where my classes are, or I haven’t prepared any of the assignments. (Does High School sound like trauma to me?)

My recurring dream is that I was taking care of someone and forgot to feed them. It is a gross dream and I hate it.

4th grade ~ dreamed at least once a week that I was in a coal car with my sister and riding in these dark coal mines. Used to scare me to death and I was so glad when it stopped.

I dream about where I worked for 18 yrs., going back and nothing is the same; but I am supposed to work as if nothing has changed. Go figure!
I love to use ModPodge and change the surfaces of old items to be recycled.
so much fun! Thanks for the great giveaways.

My reoccuring dream is that i can fly, but to do so I have to rub lotion on my hands to take off and while I’m flying. It’s a crazy dream but I have had it for many years and in different scenarios. I also have to wear a backpack to hold my lotion while I’m flying. Yes…It is a crazy stupid dream. I wonder what it means :0)

I am always trapped in a mall or downtown and can’t find my way out. When downtown I either miss the bus I need to get home or just can’t find the bus stop. In the mall I can’t find the exits.

I used to dream that I was being strangled and though I tried to shout for help, no voice came out. It was really terrifying and I woke up feeling that it was so very, very real. Thank God it never recurred again.

Yes! I would be bouncing a ball around my house and it always would end up going down the steps into the basement. E ach dream it would go farther into the dark creepy basement. I would go retrieve it and there would be a presence lurking down ther e and start getting closer when I went to go get my ball. I would always sprint up the steps before it would get me. That dream makes me cringe.
I love Mod Podge!

I have several reoccuring dreams. The first: I am having a wonderful visit with my mom and dad, whom both passed to be with the LORD within the past few years both before I was 47. The second: I win a 5 minute shopping spree at a huge craft store and nothing is off limits. The third: I am able to fly and I can fly anywhere around the world through the air and I can take two people with me by holding their hands. I love my reoccuring dreams – I wake up happy!!!

I have a terrific craft idea for an Art Contest so I go to the store to get some Mod Podge but all they have is school paste. I travel from store to store in search of my beloved brand but cannot find any anywhere. Worst of all I then try to make my idea come to life using the “generic” glue and of course my project does not turn out the way I envisioned.

I frequently dream about having a dream within a dream. Most of the time waking up in a different bedroom. Yes….kind of creepy, especially when I do not remember getting there.
