I think crafters everywhere are sighing with relief that they made it through another holiday season! My Christmas ornaments are all wrapped and safely put away. My friends and family received their handmade gifts and all the Christmas cookies and leftovers are gone. However, I’m not done with Christmas!

I’ve been so busy the last few months crafting, sewing and baking that I had a huge stack of magazines to go through. I take my time going through magazines, and even catalogs. I cut out things I like, things I’d like to make, and things that might inspire an idea.

While going through my Woman’s Day December 2010 issue, I saw this!

I love gingerbread houses, but I have to say I hate frosting and assembling them. But this ginger bread house is actually made from Craft Pedlars Paper Mache houses and spray paint. The house has a removable roof and windows on three sides, making it super easy to decorate.

Here is how they decorated it:

This cut out will go in the “I have to make this next year!” category.
