I like the post on all the ways to distress paper. By using those, you can make your paper stash go even farther by altering the look. It was great!

Since I just found your blog today, and this is the only post I’ve read, I guess it’s this one!

I have seen all these flowers that people wear and such and had no idea how to make them. I was so excited when I saw the post Summer Flowers on June 30. Now I can do them myself. Thank you so much for all the fabulous blog posts you guys do.

Craft Blooper Winner is the winner for me. I loved reading all the mishaps that mishapped to others! :) On this Friday 13th, it was fun to read that everyone else has bad luck as well.
I love all the posts but as soon as I read the question, that answer popped into my head! I laughed out loud, literally!
Thanks for everything you provide for us here in blogland.

My favorite to date was about the craft bloopers. I had to stop drinking my coffee for fear it would end up on my keyboard that day!

    FREE STUFF FRIDAYS, of course!

I love seeing all of the crafty things people come up with. I’m good at copying other people’s ideas but not so creative on my own.

There was a very recent one that caught my eye, about fried marbles. Mostly because we bought bags and bags of marbles for our wedding that were never used, so I keep an eye out for uses for them. (Not that frying them would use them up, but it looks very entertaining!!)

Oh! I also love and kids’ crafts that I can use at work! I’m thinking a father/daughter tea with the mad hatter craft would be a lot of fun! (and the dads can work the duct tape!)

I love the birdy buffet project! I’ve got that one in my memory banks and it will definately be a winter project waiting for the birds this spring. Although, I need to figure out a way for the water to stay out of the cups when it rains. I’m thinking on that one.

I also liked the blog about the Vancouver Recycled Art Festival. My daughter made me a crocheted plastic bag water bottle holder for when I take a walk. My son is a sculptor and he frequently makes objects of art from “found materials”. It is inspiring to see all the beautiful items.

The fried marbles post was my favorite just because it was so unique and totally new to me and who thinks up these things in the first place?

My favorite post would have to be the Sept ’09 post, “Hair Clip Round-up.” I make and have so many hair clips and bows and have no where to put them. It was great and refreshing to find such a pretty idea for storing them. Plus I have a picture frame whose glass cracked, so I’m glad I have a use for that now, too!

It’s hard to choose only one blog post as I have enjoyed reading so many creative posts. Some of my favorite blog posts are the ones where you guys show how to add a completely new look to something old or ordinary.Like using Mod-Podge to spice up old tin cans, using scrabble letters to make beautiful earrings. Oh, I simply love the ones that show a way to add pizazz to hair clips.
It was fun going through your archives to see so many art inspirational post. Fun trip down the memory lane. Wishing everybody at “Think Crafts” blog Happy anniversary and many more to come.
