I love the templates! To be able to reuse and create over and over would be great. What girl doesn’t love a hand bag and a variety would be great projects to work on.

My favorite summer activity is spending as much time outside as possible. I love spending time with all 6 of my grandchildren, working in my flower garden, working on refinishing furniture and working on any sewing project that I can while being able to sit on our new deck.

My favorite summer activity is spending time with my family, especially our 4 grandchildren. When I can’t do that, I can be found crafting, trying sometimes to put a new spin to an old favorite.

Gardening. It feels good to be outside in the sunshine, to work with my hands, to listen to the birds singing. And I love seeing, and eating, the rewards of my labors. Watching the flowers grow and bloom, and always being a bit surprised by the results. And eating fresh picked fruits and vegetables is definitely rewarding. Now I need to work some crafting activities in around the gardening activities!

I love hosting pool parties. Since I live in an apartment complex it makes it easy. I don’t have to worry about getting the pool ready. I just have to cook the food, organize who brings what, and presto everyone plus some are here having a great time. -Something not so easily pulled off in the winter.

My favorite activity is being outside … whether it’s working in the yard, or just sitting in a lounge chair and enjoying the warmth of the sun on my face and the beauty of God’s creation.

I’m not a big fan of summer but I love taking my kids to the amusement park every year after they earn free tickets from the library reading program!

Every summer, all of the quilt tops that I have made during the year get quilted in a marathon, two week session, followed by hand binding. It takes almost a month to finish. I have to set aside just about everything else, but it’s worth it.

My favorite summer activity is just being outdoors whether it be lounging at the beach, playing softball or BBQing. The best part of it all is being in the sun, with my family and friends, now that makes it one GREAT day in the summer for this So Cal girl.

Ooh, that’s a hard one…I guess I’ll say travel. We almost always go to a week-long Quaker retreat, husband, son, and myself, where we see old friends and make new ones, take fun workshops, etc.

My favorite summer activity is to sit out on my deck in my relining chair and read a good book! Ahh! I installed those misters so I can even read when it’s a little to hot. My own private air conditioning!

My favorite summer activity is hitting up all of the garage sales, flea markets, thriftstores and sidewalk sales. I find lots of craft supplies long forgotten by owners at a great price for me and items that are considered trash…but becomes “treasure” when I’m done with it!
