There are so many that I love to watch over and over again. But as a rule, if any of the first two “Godfather” movies are on, I stop in my tracks and watch.

Repo Man, with Emilio Estevan and Harry Dean Stanton. There are two versions out there, which we call the “flip” and “fXck” versions. Besides one having G-rated language and the other being filthy, the two actually have different scenes. I’ve always wondered if there’s a third, comprehensive cut, but I’ve never found evidence of it, at least as a commercial release. Anyway, I can always watch Repo Man. It’s a great flick with a terrific soundtrack, in either version.

Hello. My favorite movie is “Bedazzled”. It is romantic comedy about guy, who writes a contract with devil. I watched it about 20 times and can watch it again and again. I like it because it is funny, has action and with happy ending

Napoleon Dynamite. It’s so goofy. Every time we watch it, we all sit there with silly grins on our faces. Plus, we love to quote random lines from it. (“Make yourself a dang quesadilla!”)

I would have to say the one movie I can always watch is “The Ugly Dachshund”. I love that movie. We recently adopted a little dachshund puppy. I told my husband and son about the movie as they had never seen it. I found a copy to buy on ebay and we had family movie night and watched. It is so cute.

So many good answers…I agree with almost everything above, but the one I positively cannot miss if it’s going to be on is “The Sound of Music”. My family laughs because we have it in our collection, but if it’s on TV I still have to watch it.

“Round up the usual suspects.” My favorite ever is Casablanca. It has everything, music, unrequited love, mystery, war and political intrigue. “Play it, Sam!”

So hard to choose. But, since you mentioned a movie being on TV, I remember fondly watching “The Wizard of Oz” every year with my family. It was an event. Nowadays, movies on TV aren’t considered a big deal, but when I was a kid, TWoO was really special. I still love the songs.

I love to watch An Affair to Remember and then Sleeples in Seattle. But you have to be ready for it. A box of kleenix, a diet coke, some popcorn and M&Ms. Then, during the second movie, you have to eat some ice cream right out of the carton!!! A wonderful thing to do on a lazy Saturday evening. Mmmmm, tomorrow’s Saturday!!!
Blessings,
Christine
