		<description>You can add bits of glitz by recycling old CDs and DVDs.  I&#039;ve found I can cut them into smaller bits by dropping them in boiling water for a few seconds, pulling them out and using sharp strong shears to snip.  You can add some real sparkle to mosaics and such.</description>
